Agatic Agatac / Haagse Bluf GK280PACK by Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada for Swatch is a rare regional special edition issued in 1999 and limited to only 500 examples. The presentation set was sold exclusively through the Swatch Store in The Hague, making it considerably scarcer than the standard Agatic Agatac GK280 watch.
The watch itself was designed by Spanish fashion designer Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada and first appeared in Swatch’s 1998 Spring–Summer collection. It features a transparent plastic Gent case measuring approximately 34 mm / 1.34 in in diameter, a colorful geometric mosaic dial, and a printed plastic strap covered with bright square forms and playful figurative imagery.
The design reflects Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada’s instantly recognizable visual language of intense color, geometric forms, playful shapes, and childlike energy. The watch transforms these elements into a continuous composition extending from the dial across both sides of the strap.
For the special Haagse Bluf GK280PACK edition, the watch was presented in a large custom package accompanied by matching pens, cards, and a calendar. Only 500 sets were produced, all specifically for the Swatch Store in The Hague.
The combination of its designer collaboration, highly colorful 1990s aesthetic, extremely small regional edition, and elaborate original accessories makes the complete GK280PACK set particularly interesting for serious Swatch collectors.
A strong vintage collectible for admirers of Swatch, Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada, Dutch Specials, limited-edition watches, 1990s design, colorful fashion, and complete original Swatch presentation sets.
