Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you receive the artwork.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the artwork back in the same condition as we sent it in.

You must send back the artwork without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the artwork, unless otherwise stated.

You are liable for any diminished value of the artwork resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and condition of the artwork.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Items purchased using a discount code

Damaged items during shipment or handling by the customer
