Morpheus Skateboard Deck by Kehinde Wiley is a limited-edition collectible deck featuring Wiley’s 2008 painting Morpheus. The image reinterprets Jean-Antoine Houdon’s 1777 marble sculpture through Wiley’s contemporary visual language, replacing classical ideals with a Brooklyn model and a richly decorative floral background. The work was featured in Wiley’s 2008 DOWN exhibition at Deitch Projects, a series that reimagines traditional forms of heroism, vulnerability, and mortality. 

Produced in 2023 on 100% sustainably sourced hard rock maple, the deck measures 8 × 31.875 inches / 20.3 × 81 cm and is hand-numbered with a screen-printed signature.
